SUMMER TIME!
It’s almost summer time! School and BOKS are winding down for the year. Remember to practice some of your favorite BOKS games and “savor the flavor” throughout the summer. Here is a fun, super easy, healthy treat to make:
Summer surprise – Frozen Grapes!
Take a bunch of grapes, red or green and wash and rinse them well.
You can either 1) place them on a dish covered with wax paper or 2) skewer them onto a stick
Keep them in the freezer for at least 6 – 8 hours or overnight
Voila – frozen grapes, a super yummy, super healthy, super cool, summer treat!
