What you can do...

Lead trainer

The lead trainer is typically a PE teacher or school parent and is often the one who brings BOKS to their school.

Lead trainers work closely with the school community to recruit and manage volunteers, raise awareness of the program and register participants. They're in charge of running the 12-week curriculum, adapting it to their school and ensuring a fun, safe and non-competitive environment. Moreover, they're passionate about kids and getting them moving and having fun in the morning.

Volunteer

volunteer

Anyone can volunteer; parents, teachers, school staff or active members in the community.

Volunteers play a vital role in supporting the lead trainer by taking on tasks like attendance and setting up class. With a smile on their face and bags of enthusiasm, volunteers also help motivate and encourage kids to get involved in the class.

All volunteers must fill out the appropriate background check following their school guidelines.
