The kids enjoy playing and socializing before class starts while we take attendance
The BOKS program is powered by communities and relies on the help of parents, teachers, schools and local volunteers to give kids a body and brain boost that will set them up for a day of learning.

Running is an essential part of every class
Each week, the kids practice a particular skill, such as push-ups, sit-ups or squats - these are incorporated into fun relays or obstacle courses
Trainers promote sportsmanship in a team or individual game
The kids stretch and cool down with some deep breaths and discuss the nutrition tip of the week with the lead trainer
"At our school, we have BOKS on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. My children love being dropped off early and having the opportunity to run around and play active games like relay races and obstacle courses. Now, our family time on weekends is directed towards something physical like a hike. BOKS has been great for our entire family!" - Parent
