Warm Up Monday

Format: Individual activity

Materials: None

Set Up: 4 bases around the gym or on field, divide the kids into 4 teams

Objective: Run around the bases with your team, doing designated movements. Stay at each base for 1 minute. Run the bases twice.


  1. Stay at each base for 1 minute – Run the bases twice:
    1. 1stbase – air squats
    2. 2ndbase – jogging in place
    3. 3rdbase – push-ups
    4. Home – jumping jacks
  2. You can change the movements as desired (ex: hop on one foot, butt kickers, high knees, etc.)
