Burst Thursday: Plank, Crunch

Alternate between a plank and crunches:

  1. Hold plank for 15 seconds, 5 crunches
  2. Hold plank for 15 seconds, 4 crunches
  3. Hold plank for 15 seconds, 3 crunches
  4. Hold plank for 15 seconds, 2 crunches
  5. Hold plank for 15 seconds, 1 crunch
  6. Rest for 30 seconds
  7. Repeat 5x
