Butt Kickers

Tuesday TabataSet Up: Spread kids out


  1. Lead trainer will cue kids to rest and resume
  2. Cue kids to assume their position and countdown to start movement
  3. Do as many butt kickers (in place or on the move) as possible in 20 seconds , then rest for 10 seconds
  4. Repeat for a total between 4 and 8 times
