High Knees

Tuesday TabataSet Up: Spread kids out

 

Details:

  1. Lead trainer will cue kids to rest and resume
  2. Cue kids to assume their position and countdown to start movement
  3. Do as many high knees (in place or on the move) as possible in 20 seconds , then rest for 10 seconds
  4. Repeat for a total between 4 and 8 times
