Marching Mania

BOKS BurstWhile staying seated in your chair, perform each for 30 seconds:

  • Marching (soft feet)
  • High Knees (lifting your knee one at a time as high as possible)
  • Fast feet (as fast as you can running in place)
  • Inside-outside (touching the arch of your foot with opposite hand, alternating feet – as fast as you can)
  • Marching (soft feet)
  • Straight legs (while sitting, lift both legs straight in front of you, bend and straighten)
  • Running with hands (speed running in place while swinging your hands and feet)
  • Chair squats (stand up then sit down)
  • Repeat
