Sit Up/Push Up Tabata Combo
*Spread out on tumbling mats, if available along sides of gym or outside
- Lead trainer will cue kids to rest and change positions.
- Cue kids to assume their position and countdown to start movement.
- Do as many sit-ups in 20 seconds as possible, then rest for 10 seconds.
- Do as many push-ups in 20 seconds as possible, then rest for 10 seconds.
- Repeat for a total between 4 and 8 times in each position.
