Sit-Up Tabata

Tuesday Tabata*Kids to spread out on tumbling mats, if available

  1. Lead trainer will cue kids to rest and resume.
  2. Cue kids to assume position and countdown to start movement.
  3. Do as many sit-ups in 20 seconds as possible, then rest for 10 seconds.
  4. Repeat for a total between 4 and 8 times
