Warm Up Monday

  1. Call out the following sports skills for kids to mimic for at least 10- 15 seconds each:
  • Shooting a basketball
  • Running through tires
  • Swimming underwater
  • Shooting a hockey puck
  • Throwing a football
  • Serving a tennis ball
  • Batting a baseball
  • Downhill skiing
  • Shooting an arrow
  • Dribbling a soccer ball
  • Spiking a volleyball
  • Swinging a golf club
  • Fielding a ground ball and throwing it to first base
