Warm Up Monday

  1. The trainer and/or volunteers pick 5 exercises.
  2. The group will perform each exercise for 1 minute.
  3. Examples:
    1. Chair dips
    2. Sit-ups
    3. Jumping jacks
    4. Jogging in placeLunges
    5. Push-ups
    6. Squats
    7. Bear crawl
    8. Free dance
    9. Crab Crawl
    10. Burpees
    11. High knees
