Wall Sits

Tuesday Tabata

Do two rounds of the following:

  1. Have everyone stand with their backs flat against a wall and slide into a seated position so their knees are at a 90 degree angle.
  2. Have palms face up resting on their knees.
  3. Have everyone hold this for 1 minute, challenge kids with math facts or spelling for extra fun during the wall sit!
  4. Stand up and complete 30 seconds of high knees in place.
