Warm Up Monday

Call out the following sports skills for kids to mimic for at least 10- 15 seconds each:

  1. Shooting a basketball
  2. Running through tires
  3. Swimming underwater
  4. Shooting a hockey puck
  5. Throwing a football
  6. Serving a tennis ball
  7. Batting a baseball
  8. Downhill skiing
  9. Shooting an arrow
  10. Dribbling a soccer ball
  11. Spiking a volleyball
  12. Swinging a golf club
  13. Fielding a ground ball and throwing it to first base
